About Cambridge Law Partners
Cambridge Law Partners, PLLC is a boutique corporate law firm serving life sciences companies, healthcare providers, and select mission-driven organizations. Founded in 2025 by two attorneys with more than 25 years of experience each, the firm advises in-house legal departments, executive teams, healthcare providers, and organizational leaders on regulatory, transactional, governance, and day-to-day legal matters.
Our founders bring experience from prominent law firms and substantial in-house legal experience at leading healthcare and life sciences companies, including Genzyme Corporation and Fresenius Medical Care. That experience taught us that good legal advice must do more than identify risk. It must also take into account business priorities, internal resources, timing, and the practical demands facing the people responsible for moving matters forward.
Before founding Cambridge Law Partners, we practiced together for more than a decade as partners in a virtual outside general counsel firm. We created Cambridge Law Partners to continue working directly with clients in an independent, partner-led setting and to build long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and practical, business-minded advice.
Because we have worked in-house, we understand what clients need from outside counsel. Legal departments often have limited bandwidth, competing priorities, and matters that require both strategic judgment and hands-on support. We work closely with internal legal and business teams and adjust our role to fit the needs of each organization.
Our virtual structure allows us to operate efficiently and provide experienced, partner-level counsel without the overhead and staffing layers of a traditional large firm. Every matter is handled directly by a founding partner, giving clients consistent access to senior attorneys who understand the legal issues before them and the priorities driving the work.
